I want to start this analysis by stating that I fully understand the whirlwind of public interest in Donald Trump’s campaign. However, for those that don’t get it, let me break it down for you.
A sizable portion of the American population considers themselves “conservative.” More than 38% of U.S. citizens, according to Gallup, hold conservative political and social views. Only 24% of the public considers themselves “liberal.” Now, I realize that the term “conservative” means different things to different people, so I would apply a simple rule to categorize them — a conservative is easiest to identify by his or her distaste for normally liberal ideological views. Beyond that, different factions of conservatives disagree on a whole host of issues.
The goal of any conservative candidate that hopes to be publicly “popular,” whether he actually intends to follow through with his promises or not, is to appear to be all things to all factions; to avoid alienating one faction to appease another. After he is elected (or, after he is placed in the oval office by the powers that be), he may abandon any care for appeasing any of his constituents. Until then, he plays the game so that Americans can maintain faith in the system for at least one moment every four years.
Trump’s popularity is predicated on the fact that past Republican candidates have done little to make friends with true conservatives and have not sought alliances with the factions of conservatism that have been growing in momentum and power the past two decades. In fact, the Republican candidates presented to the citizenry in recent memory have ALL had characteristics more akin to liberal Democrats than conservative stalwarts. Mitt Romney, for instance, was essentially a carbon copy of Barack Obama in terms of political policy and voting record, with only slightly greasier complexion and equally mysterious religious background.
Election after election, conservative Americans have been offered one RINO (Republican In Name Only) candidate after another: politicians whose rhetoric sounds principled but whose record is littered with big government policies, constitutional violations, and a disregard for the intentions of the founding fathers. It is very difficult to call yourself a “conservative” in America unless you respect (or at least claim to respect) the tenets of limited government, constitutional law, and a regard for the heritage of our founding principles. U.S. conservatives have not had a candidate sharing their views for a long time.
Democrats may finally be experiencing a similar disenchantment with establishment candidates considering the surprising popularity of Bernie Sanders this election. The problem is, democrats are trapped in the big government mindset and are for the most part a lost cause. Their anti-establishment candidate is a self-categorized socialist, after all. The only hope for a constitutional small government candidate and a return to our founding principles in politics rests in the hands of Republicans, being that third parties are quashed before they get a chance to put their foot in the door.
So, you have most if not all Democratic candidates working for bigger more powerful government which leads to increased corruption and less liberty. You also have most Republicans working for bigger and more powerful government and less liberty. And you have few, if any, candidates that represent the majority of voters seeking limited constitutional government.
Those of us in the liberty movement call this the “false left/right paradigm". It is the most insidious form of social control present in our nation and it makes a mockery of the election process. That is to say, elections are now nothing more than a way for international financiers and elites to keep the masses in line by allowing them to believe (falsely) that they have a “choice” and thus power to determine the future of our country. In fact, our choice is contrived and we have no political power whatsoever. The rest of America is finally starting to become aware of the false paradigm that liberty proponents have been warning about for generations. Is it any wonder that people are becoming fed up with the system?
The genius of Donald Trump as an election figure is that he has little to no political history. He does not have an extensive legislative or voting record that we can look back on and determine where he stands. His political affiliations have been all over the place with him identifying as a Democrat at one time, Republican at other times, and even independent. Most of us cannot really judge his potential based on this. Hell, I was a registered Democrat early in my life, so how can I hold it against Trump?
Beyond Trump’s rather disturbing past affiliation and friendship with the Clintons, he is otherwise a blank political slate. And as a blank slate, Trump can in fact present himself as all things to all people.
The other ingenious aspect of the Trump campaign is really who he is running against — Hillary Clinton, a rabidly liberal candidate even more hated than Barack Obama. A candidate with a potentially serious criminal record and a penchant for an outright communistic world view far beyond that of Bernie Sanders. Those of us who have been in the writing field for a long time and have dabbled in fiction know that in order to create a fantastic hero, you must first put even more work into creating a fantastic villain. The hero is nothing without the villain.
The unmitigated horror inherent in the prospect of a Hillary Clinton presidency is like adding jet fuel to the Trump campaign. (And yes, I am assuming according to the results of the primaries so far that the final election will be between Trump and Clinton).
Donald Trump appears to be the perfect antithesis to Hillary Clinton. He is loud and boisterous and a bit obnoxious. He trash talks and says whatever he wants to the torment of liberals. He stomps on the throats of the political correctness police and doesn’t care if they call him a racist or a sexist or a misogynist. And, Americans LOVE IT. They can’t get enough of it.
Conservatives are so tired of cultural Marxists, crazy feminists, the leftist domination of media, PC thought crime, forced immigration policies and the protection of illegal immigration, paying for social entitlement programs, etc., that they are ready to explode. They are, in fact, ready to go to war. I would even dare to say that a Clinton presidency would lead directly to guaranteed outright civil war. This is not an exaggeration.
So, the real question is, is Trump a reflection of the frustration and defiance of the conservative population, or, is he a clever ruse by the establishment to co-opt and placate the conservative population before we rebel?
Again, without much political background to examine and only rhetoric to go by, Trump is a mystery. If Trump is a legitimate anti-establishment candidate, then here are some of the actions he would have to pursue in order to prove it.
1) The complete reversal of every unconstitutional Obama Administration and Bush Administration executive order.
2) The pursuit of removal of the indefinite detention provisions and secret tribunals contained in the NDAA.
3) The removal of FISA, and the end of the invasion of privacy and other violations of the 4th Amendment by the NSA against American citizens.
4) The end of secretive executive powers of assassination, including the assassination of American citizens without trial.
5) The dismantling of the Department of Homeland Security in light of abuses of constitutional limits.
6) The complete reversal of Obamacare.
7) The immediate end to all refugee relocation programs related to the Middle East and Syria.
8) The true enforcement of illegal immigration laws and border controls.
9) The encouragement of states to assert their right to protect their borders based on the 10th Amendment.
10) An immediate call for an independent investigation into the immigration policies of the Obama Administration.
11) An immediate independent investigation into the Benghazi attacks.
12) An immediate independent investigation into the ATF’s “Fast and Furious” gun running program.
13) An immediate independent investigation into the involvement of covert intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense in the funding and training of ISIS.
14) An immediate call for an independent investigation of corruption within the election process itself, as well as the influence of international banks and corporations in the election process.
15) The removal of unfair restrictions that prevent third party and independent candidates from participation in public debates.
16) An immediate call for an investigative audit of the Federal Reserve as well as the pursuit of dismantling the fed and transitioning America back into constitutional sound money creation.
17) An investigation into U.S. relations with the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and the Bank of International Settlements with the intention of ending all ties to said organizations if and when criminal conduct is discovered.
18) An end to the revolving door of banking elites cycling through various cabinet positions within the White House.
19) An immediate investigation into the influence of international financiers and globalist think tanks like the Council On Foreign Relations and their efforts to destroy the national sovereignty of the U.S.
20) The end of globalization of U.S. foreign policy and economic policy which has weakened America, and the return to a more independent and self reliant American economic and defense infrastructure.
I’m sure that readers can think of many other potential actions that would help to prove beyond a doubt that Donald Trump is the kind of anti-establishment firebrand he presents himself to be. If Trump does take such measures during his presidency, then he may be a president worth supporting, or even fighting for. If he pursues few or none of these measures, however, we can be relatively certain he is just another establishment puppet playing his part in the false left/right paradigm leading America toward oblivion.
Whatever Trump is, his popularity does indicate a rising tide of discontent within the U.S. The insane circus atmosphere of election 2016 is no coincidence; it is a perfect representation of the overflowing tensions that permeate our culture and are leading to potential earth shattering conflict. Keep in mind that America’s economic situation was already decided back in 2008 and will only become worse as we move into the election season. Whatever tensions we see now will only multiply as financial crisis becomes more apparent to the masses.
The idea that a Trump presidency will change much of anything is a rather farfetched one in my view. Trump’s popularity only suggests that people are seeking alternatives. The damage to America has for the most part already been done, and there will be no avoiding the consequences. That said, how we rebuild can still be determined. No political leader including Trump will ever be able to heal the American system or the American psyche, but the efforts of millions of independent and liberty minded Americans can. We have a long and terrible struggle ahead of us, but to look at it from an “optimistic” perspective, at least Americans are becoming sick of the status quo. That is a start.

There are times the hand of Providence places the right people in the right place at the right time. There is something else afoot here. I attended Legislative Day in Albany yesterday with two fellow Oath Keepers. General Boykin was the keynote speaker before an assembly of Christians. His message was powerful. Don't give up on America. They have started a legislative prayer group in Albany! Our County Executive (Naval Reserves) started the first Annual Orange County Leadership Prayer Breakfast last year...There is a power behind Trump that I feel is beyond Trump. His invincibility is miraculous. Savage MSM attacks that destroy, intimidate and defuse all public figures they target, not only fail to pierce his armor...they empower him!!! As far as whether he is who he claims to be? His financial independence. His family. The thousands who work for him who only have praise. His track record of "making things great"...tell me all I need to know. The rest (which is a ton!!) is up to us!

The answer is "Hell No" !
But what Trump did was show the true face of the political process as nothing more than an American Idol, game show process.
Unfortunately the sheeple are too stupid to figure it out so they won't be swayed from the fact that he'll make no difference at all.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Again to quote Charles Barkley: “All politics is rich people screwing poor people. Poor people are too stupid to know they are just chess pieces in a game. All the poor white people, all the poor black people and all the Hispanics, they’re all in the same boat.”

When pressed for a list of the people Trump says will help him straighten out America, he named Richard N. Haass. Mr. Haass is the President of the Council for Foreign Relations, a member of the Trilateral Commission and a Builderberger. Need I say more? All of these guys are connected to the same groups of power mongers. They all lead us back to the same place.

another great article, Brandon.
respectively submit for consideration additional items:
21) spl independent investigation of "Slithery's" activities in the Benghazi, private email server and Clinton Foundation slush fund.
22) "THE BIG ONE": 9/11
seriously doubt that ANY of said spl independent investigations will occur if that fat slob bar-fly l[ie]yer, Christie is appointed AG.
hope Trump understands, if he's still able to walk into the Dark House, at 1600 Transylvania Av, in Sodom on the Potomac, D[e]C[eit] and actually begin to implement said "list", that he be prepared to "hunker down there" for any chance of remaining vertical.

Trump is not doing anything any different than Obama did in 2007. Obama was saying everything people wanted to hear for that time. Now, Trump is saying everything people want to hear now.
The position of the president is a controlled position so I'm not understanding why some people think if Trump wins he will go against the elites.
Whoever wins this fall will pick up right where Obama leaves off. Just like Obama picked up right where Bush left off.

Point taken on Divine backing...simply a "consideration". Interesting concerns you bring up re: Gen'l Boykin. I did find myself wondering how a good guy manages to stay connected. And I did get a strange vibe when I gave him my Oath Keeper card...BTW, I'm wondering what's your take on Petraeus?

You've outlined quite a nice platform to run with! I bet you could find someone willing to add a few years to your birth certificate...
I wonder if this whole Trump/Hillary thing is meant to purposefully drive us to rebel, openly. Now that I see Anonymous has jumped in, promising to hit hard at the Donald, I'm thinking this might be the case (assuming Anonymous is actually CIA infiltrated as many believe).
Or, could it all go to hell with the collapse, and Obama declares martial law? One thing is for sure: the table has been set for any number of possibilities. It will be a challenge to keep from reacting emotionally to what's coming down the road, but that's what has to be done if we are to really change things for the better.

Well, Brandon, I don't always agree with you, but I have to say that I totally agree with the large majority of the points on that list. I don't know if Trump does, but I'm pretty sure that none of the other candidates will even read it past point #3.

"We can barely make changes at the local level"
Instant Gratification. The issue there is people want instant solutions by pursuing Top-Down Economic-Political Solutions, and this is the catalyst that solidifies the perverted interpretation of the Supremacy Clause.
Fact is that Bottom-Up is the check under the equal powers and 10th Amendment against Federal overreach, but people have been taught since a very young age that it requires Top-Down Solutions.
The sheer fact Trump offers Top-Down Solutions should strongly suggest Conservatives, Constitutionalists, and etc should be very suspicious.
The other factor is many regions have electronic voting, so your name and vote is cataloged...

Draw your own conclusion with regards to Trump.

They have more dirt on Hillary then they can ever manufacture on Trump, and even if they exposed some sordid details of Trumps past, his supporters would not flinch.
The deep state needs someone who is completely controllable, and the Donald does not fit the bill. He has no political history and he can not be bought.
so, like Brandon says, we have no choices, this is just bread and circus for the masses, to keep people thinking that everything is just fine, while they continue stealing wealth from all facets of society.

Presidential Elections = REALITY SHOW
PRESIDENTS ARE SELECTED, NOT ELECTED (quote attributed to FDR)
Donald Trump = Media entertainer hired to keep distracted the ignorant masses in America
Trump won't get the GOP nomination (hint: Brokered Convention) and to the disappointment of his supporters, he won't run on an independent platform.
To educate the gullible masses in the US about the Republican convention rules...
Voters don't pick nominee, we do: GOP official
http://www.cnbc.com/2016/03/16/we-choose-the-nominee-not-the-voters-senior-gop-official.html
On the other hand, the Trump brand will see substantial increases in their net revenues once this reality show is over (and that's the ulterior goal of the real-estate mogul).
Mrs. Clinton has already been SELECTED to become the next President of the United States, you like it or not.
"People as uninformed and as gullible as Americans have no future. Americans are a dead people that history is about to run over."

Penemann: Actually, I think your title tells it all.
All this "The-Establishment-Hates-Trump-And-Will-Do-Anything-To-Stop-Him" and the hooey about a "Contested Convention" is just media hype and TV drama. I almost laughed my a$$ off the other night after "Super Tuesday 2" just listening to all the blather spewed by the talking heads. I tuned into CNN a few hours ago and was gratified to see that the hype was now in overdrive.
Here's the bottom line: Congress is the body that passes legislation and makes appropriations. This is why lobbyists target congressmen rather than the president. THAT'S WHERE THE MONEY IS. And with a congress that's perpetually very nearly evenly divided, one only needs a small number of congress critters in one's pocket to get a favorable outcome on just about any legislation.
Of course, "The Establishment" knows this better than anyone. The Presidential election is a side show. And right now, it's a side show with tremendous ratings. What's not to love?
The bottom line is, contrary to what one hears, the GOP establishment loves Trump. The "there will be riots" theme garners stratospheric ratings. This is the most energized the party faithful have been in years. They're gonna ride that horse all the way to the Cleveland. And the media? It's practically a wet dream for them. If anything, they're going to do everything they can to fan the flames.
The only way that Trump does not get the nomination is if Cruz, Rubio, and Kasich have enough delegates between them to block him and they all work together. That's a big if, especially because I think Trump may be able to cut a deal with Kasich in particular. But if not, though, Cruz may be the only candidate who can muster enough votes to win the nomination. If that happens, he'll be slaughtered in November as every independent in America decides that they WILL indeed vote this time, and they are gonna vote for anyone-but-Cruz. Just seeing that guy on TV makes me feel like I need a shower, and I've heard pretty much the same thing even from diehard Republicans.
The Donald vs. Hillary, on the other hand, guarantees phenomenal ratings and non-stop TV coverage all the way through election day as the country waits on tenterhooks to find out whether sleaze or braggadocio carries the day. I'm guessing that that's how this is all going to play out.
We do indeed live in interesting times.

What is your opinion of his anti-NAFTA, TPP, TTIP platforms?
Why would the globalist position themselves as such? Is this actually globalist condemnation, made to appear self inflicted? America will be abandoned and left out of the next global paradigm, its wealth spent.
JC at POM maintains he could(?) be the globalist choice, I fail to see how his anti free trade platforms would be their choice.
Decades of work.

Let me explain why you are in correct in your list for Trump.
One, if it is unconstitutional it is NOT lawful - or really even legal - in the USA.
EVERYTHING that those who serve within our government do MUST be constitutional in nature to be lawfully binding on the American people - laws, regulations, EO's (actually are only for those that serve within the Executive branch), codes, Treaties, etc.
Why?
Because all authority used by those that serve within our governments is DELEGATED from the people and PUT INTO WRITING, declared to be the supreme LAW of this nation, and REQUIRES every single government employee of any type or position to take an Oath to either "Support and Defend", or in the cases of those who serve as US Presidents to Preserve, Protect, and Defend the US Constitution (remember the Declaration of Independence?).
It IS the contract that all who serve within our governments - state and general (federal) must agree to follow and be Oathbound to in order to serve within the position they occupy. They are NOT allowed to support any person, group, entity, etc that does NOT do those things; nor can they lawfully commit any action that is against the US Constitution, the4 American people.
If you ask most people to name the three branches of the USA, they will answer that it is the legislative, executive and the judicial branches and they would be wrong.
The three branches of the American government is "We the people..." as the delegators and creators of both the state and general governments that co-exist in our nation. We are the First branch and we RESERVED the bulk of our authority to ourselves and did NOT delegate it.
The second branch is the states, they came before the general government and they are taxed with the duties of each state as a sovereign entity of its own that is also DELEGATED specific put-into--writing authorities within each state Constitution.
The third branch of the American government is the one taxed with the duties of dealing with foreign affairs for each state, that is why there is state representatives within the general government.
Justice Sandra Day O’Connor: “The Constitution does not protect the sovereignty of States for the benefit of the States or state governments as abstract political entities, or even for the benefit of the public officials governing the States. To the contrary, the Constitution divides authority between federal and state governments for the protection of individuals. State sovereignty is not just an end in itself: “Rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.”
Thomas Jefferson: “Our rulers can have no authority over natural rights, only as we have submitted to them. The rights of conscience we never submitted. We are answerable for them to our God. The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as injurious to others.”
Mack and Printz v. United States: “The Framers rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the State and Federal Governments would exercise concurrent authority over the people. The Federal Government’s power would be augmented immeasurably and impermissibly if it were able to impress into its service - and at no cost to itself - the police officers of the 50 States… Federal control of state officers would also have an effect upon the separation and equilibration of powers between the three branches of the Federal Government itself.”
Michael LeMieux: “The Constitution has very little to do with the American citizen. It was written to establish a Federal Government and to place the boundaries by which that government would operate. The constitution was never designed to provide or enumerate the rights of the citizens but to restrain the federal government from meddling in state and ultimately citizen affairs.”
Thomas Jefferson: "The several States composing, the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral part, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party (the people) has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress."
Alexander Hamilton: “The only constitutional exception to the power of making treaties is, that it shall not change the Constitution... On natural principles, a treaty, which should manifestly betray or sacrifice primary interests of the state, would be null.”
Alexander Hamilton: “... a treaty cannot be made which alters the Constitution or which infringes any express exceptions to the power of the Constitution of the United States.”
Alexander Hamilton, concerning the supremacy clause, Federalist 33: “It will not, I presume, have escaped observation that it expressly confines the supremacy to laws made pursuant to the Constitution.”
Alexander Hamilton: “There is no position which depends on clearer principles that that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.”
St John Tucker: “The congress of the United States possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people;…”
Rawl: “the powers not delegated to congress by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people [quoting the 10th Amendment]. What we are about to consider are certainly not delegated to congress, nor are they noticed in the prohibitions to states; they are therefore reserved either to the states or to the people. Their high nature, their necessity to the general security and happiness will be distinctly perceived.” “In the second article, it is declared, that a well regulated militia is necessary to a free state; a proposition from which few will dissent. Although in actual war, in the services of regular troops are confessedly more valuable; yet while peace prevails, and in the commencement of a war before a regular force can be raised, the militia form the palladium of the country. They are ready to repel invasion, to suppress insurrection, and preserve the good order and peace of government. That they should be well regulated, is judiciously added. A disorderly militia is disgraceful to itself, and dangerous not to the enemy, but to its own country. The duty of the state government is, to adopt such regulation as will tend to make good soldiers with the least interruptions of the ordinary and useful occupations of civil life. In this all the Union has a strong and visible interest.”
Abraham Lincoln: “We, the people, are the rightful masters of both congress and the courts - not to overthrow the constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the Constitution”
Benjamin Franklin: “In free governments the rulers are the servants, and the people their superiors and sovereigns. For the former, therefore, to return among the latter was not to degrade but to promote them.”
All anyone must do to be legitimate in office within our governments is to follow the US Constitution, (and the state Constitution if it applies).
Trump must do nothing other then KEEP the contract that all that serve within our government is bound to.
Then sort out the treasonous mess of "agencies", laws, codes, etc that was NOT done in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution as is required by the contract they agreed to, the US Constitution. It was what Ron Paul was going to do. Trump understands contracts well. But this is one that it is a crime to not follow of the highest type, Treason against the American people; and if force is there as a threat or used, *Terrorism.
*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
Contract law is very strong, and being lawfully bound by an Oath is even stronger.
A lot of what you listed on your list is actually Treason and Terrorism against the American people, the US Constitution, and the USA.

No, I said he must enforce the US Constitution and follow it, US Presidents are to "Preserve, Protect, and Defend the US Constitution".
The executive branch is delegated the duty to execute the US Constitution, and the duties assigned to that branch and to the position of US President as the US Constitution has in writing within it.
This means that any thing opposite of that MUST be dismantled, and those who serve(d) within the unconstitutional "agency" be prosecuted for their crimes within the unconstitutional agency (which would be ALL actions of the UNCONSTITUTIONAL agency(ies)) which would be dismantled in the enforcing of the delegated authority.
Again, according to the US Constitution, WHO is to enforce the laws of our land? It is "We the people..." as the Militia. That is why ONLY the congress can declare wars, and then must call up the military from the ranks of the already trained Militia who is supposed to be the FIRST defense against invaders until/unless a military is needed then it is called from the ranks of the already trained Militia.

Paraphrasing Leo Strauss' the Vulgar Many(*):
The majority of people living in the United States are lovers of wealth and pleasure; they are selfish, slothful, and indolent. These people can also be inspired to rise above their brutish existence only by fear of impending death or catastrophe.
Donald Trump is simply capitalizing on the ignorance and gullibility of the American populace in order to maximize the net revenues for the Trump brand (via marketing and advertising, courtesy of mainstream media).

Dude, I don't even known WTH you're talking about. Divine backing of the Trumpf? Are you kidding!? The guy is an egomaniacal, narcissistic, no morals, no integrity having scum bag. If that's what your God puts his hand into... I'll give you that God could be intervening to wake people the hell up! And you should do ALOT more research.
"His track record of 'making things great'...tell me all I need to know"
Hruh!? What record? The guy started out (was actually given his start) where Warren Buffet started (merely as a financial comparison) and hasn't come anywhere near close to Buffet's track record of success. The guy hasn't even come close to the indexes of the market. The guy bankrupted a casino! His record is based on mafia ties, trying to toss little old ladies out of their homes, bilking his investors, and bilking people out of their retirement money to screw them over with his little Trumpf university class action scandal.
I mean seriously, WTH are you reading if anything at all?
"His invincibility is miraculous."
No, his invincibility is due to a left wing media that hasn't even begun to open up on him (and never will open up on Hillary) and a bunch of low info people that are DESPERATE for ANYBODY to come and rescue this country, and his blabbermouth fits enough for them to shut off their critical thinking skills.
This kind of desperation did NOT work out for Germany and it's not going to work out for us either.

"I fail to see then how the list above is "incorrect" for Trump or any other sitting president to pursue, as you claimed earlier. "
Because here in America, anything created by those that serve within our governments is REQUIRED to be in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution, not being so means it is "null and void".
Just because Obama gave himself "assassination powers" does not make it so. The only ones who might believe he can do it are those who came here from tyrant countries and never really assimilated - they do not KNOW/understand the US Constitution - and those willing to work from inside our governments, stay ignorant of THEIR responsibilities the Constitution to destroy our nation for a paycheck.
What I said is true, no unconstitutional act is lawful and binding on the people. The problem is us, we act as if they are, we allow those that come from other countries to remain ignorant, we do not use our constitutionally REQUIRED Militias to close our borders, the only ones constitutionally mandated to do so, etc. (Here is where I tick of a lot of constitutional lawyers/attorneys) They do not enforce the US Constitution in our courts, up to and including the removal of judges for not using "Good Behaviour" while in office as required.
NO, it is not easy, but if WE who stand for the US Constitution do not enforce her for the POWER she is in OUR nation, as is put into writing within her, then who will?

The following four items will be enacted by me the day after I am sworn into office as President of the United States.
1. By executive order, a presidential tribunal ("PRESTRIB") will be created to investigate all persons, private and public corporations of various legal structure including non-profit, non-religious entities as well as political lobbyist groups and foreign embassy personnel operating within the continental United States and its territories. One investigatory power of this court will be to verify the aforementioned entities who have openly and publicly declared political support for any foreign country for the primary purpose of influencing the American people and ensure they are registered with the U.S. Department of Justice as agents of those countries as required by the Foreign Agents Registration Act. If these persons or institutions are found not to be in compliance, they will be immediately charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of federal law (see: http://www.fara.gov/enforcement.html ).
2. Over the past few months, I have come into possession of facts of an evidentiary nature concerning the events leading up to the attack on our nation on September 11, 2001. I have come to the conclusion that what was disclosed to the public by certain agencies and persons of high office in the federal government of the United States at that time including the supreme echelons of the Department of Defense personnel and supported by the national corporate owned media were with high probability, untruthful as to the science that explained the destruction of private and government properties, the identification of the perpetrators of those capital crimes and the real provocateurs behind those heinous acts of terrorism. Over 3,000 people were murdered on that day which now appears to me as purposefully planned and executed by certain persons and organizations of a domestic and foreign nature to spur the American people to go to war in the countries of Afghanistan and Iraq.
Therefore, I will order the Attorney General of the United States to issue arrest warrants to be served by deputies of the United States Marshall Service ordering them to bring into custody those individuals wherever they may be, who are complicit by the evidence in my position as directly or indirectly involved with the mass murder of citizens of the United States and foreign countries who perished on American soil on that fateful day. I will also declare martial law within the federal enclave of Washington, DC and all foreign dignitaries will remain within the confines of their respective embassies until each has been vetted by the tribunal identified under paragraph 1 of this announcement. The warrants for arrest will be ongoing, not limited and may encompass sitting members of the United States Congress, judges of the federal judiciary, lobbyists, corporate executives in the finance and media industries and foreign persons residing abroad.
I will alert the governors of each of the States within the Union to plan and hold snap elections for each of their congressional districts in the event the Congress of the United States does not have a sufficient number of representatives (senate and house) to conduct the legislative affairs of the American people due to incarceration of said personnel which prevents them from exercising their elected duties.
No stone will be left unturned, no person will be exempt, nothing will dissuade from the course of action set into motion by my hand. American justice will prevail.
3. I will order the Secretary of the Department of the Army to assign a general of the army to oversee and deploy the armies of the United States post haste to the northern and southern borders of the country in sufficient numbers to patrol said borders with the express purpose of preventing any entry into the continent by foreign persons without authorization and in violation of U.S. federal immigration law.
I will also order the Secretary of the Department of the Navy to assign an admiral of the fleet to oversee and deploy U.S. naval vessels post haste in sufficient numbers to patrol the eastern and western coastal waters of the United States and repel any attempt to breach the territorial waters of the nation by surface or undersea craft without authorization and in violation of U.S. federal immigration law.
The United States military will be held accountable for defending our country proper and should any act of terrorism occur on the nation's soil, such act will result in the immediate termination of the commanders in charge of protecting the continental perimeter of America.
4. I will order an execution gallows to be built next to the Washington monument. A sign is to be erected at the base of the gallows to read, "Reserved for traitors to the American people." The use of the gallows will be determined later.

Well documented is that Clinton's and Trump's were frequent visitor's to Epstein's "Pedophile Island", and all took the 'Lolita Express' plane.
Epstein's island has created 1,000's of videos of most famous politicians, so they can be blackmailed.
Going back to J Edgar Hoover, this is how 'deep state' controls politicians.
It is irrelevant that Trump is not owned by big money, he is owned by deep state because he could be imprisoned for pedophilia any time deep state wishes.
In summary deep state has nothing to fear by Trump being POTUS.
On a lighter note the Simpsons predicted a Trump presidency back in 1998, and you can watch it on youtube, and lisa is elected as first 'straight woman' after Trump has destroyed the USA economy. Think about this folks.

@ Brandon
Great writing, Brandon
You and Cal seem to be talking past one another. You are both right. "Laws" enforced by the Feds have the full force of the government behind them, regardless of constitutionality, as you say. And Cal is correct that it is up to the People, the source of and final authority on self governance, to correct the situation. Donald Trump will not save us as Voices and Votes WILL NOT FIX THIS.

So what's left?
Trump is to the right of Hillary, and promises to make Israel "MORE FIRST" than Hillary has promised to put Israel before the USA.
What else needs to be said about 'dTrumpf'?
