A very interesting video breaking down the known U.S. debt and spending data. I say "known" because its actually impossible to say how much debt the Federal Reserve incurs for us on a daily basis through fiat stimulus without a full audit of their books. The official measurement of our national debt does not include ongoing entitlement and welfare programs either. The only thing we can be certain of is that whatever statistics the government feeds us, the truth is always far worse. That said, with the numbers that are admitted, the situation looks bad enough...

I have to say that I agree partly with what he's saying. I have to point out tho that moving the "feeders" to producers is not as simple as he seems to make it. We have to keep in mind the fact that globalisation takes away a good amount of jobs thus making it harder find get decent work. There is also the technological progress aspect that also contributes to the loss of jobs via the robotisation of industries. Both of which we will have to address in the near future amongst other things.

1. Increase corporate profits while wages plummet.
2. Throw tens of thousands of people out of work and onto unemployment and food stamps in order to eat.
3. Demand that unemployment and food stamps.
4. Rinse and repeat.
This is the tired joke corporations have been playing on the public. Create the problem; blame the victim; kill the victim -- if it's possible to profit in some manner.
To Laurence: Get outside the box and stop "needing" their jobs. What you need is food, water & shelter. They've taken the means for you -- end nearly everyone on every continent -- to provide these basics for themselves. Take back that right. Join others. Find a way. Create your own work that feeds you and others.
Then, try these corporation "people" for murder.

social security is NOT an entitlement. It's MY money taken out of MY paycheck every week for MY retirement. Which i will never see since that money has already been spent...but thats beside the point.

Nice illustration and explanation of how the cliff rapidly approaches.
I find myself often brooding, gloomy, and grumpy as I seek to steel my soul for the trying times ahead.
This is a long fight and we're still in the diplomacy phase. We must fight this fight as peaceably as possible for as long as possible, but I know the power-seekers will not let go of their accumulating powers or be persuaded by words. And the sheeple and useful idiots don't notice or don't care about their chains.
Day by day my chains chafe me more and more, and my vision gets clearer and clearer. I've been a slave operating under the illusion of being free.
The fiat money I earn and use is gradually, insidiously, parasitically sapped of value by the vampiric Fed and its cabal. WaDC's accelerating tyrrany cloaks itself in good intentions as it confiscates my earnings, wasting and misdirecting them with barely a preposterous ghost of 'representation'.
I know that if I and my family want to be free, we're going to have to take a bold, dangerous stand for it when the time is right. I know not when that day will come, but it will. The seeds of the 2nd American Revolution have long been sown. And I will be ready, and ensure my family and whomever will listen is as well. There is nothing more I can do and I must daily strive for a sense of peace in that.

Scott, once again you're right on the money. And the famous slogan that started in the 1750's "no taxation without representation" should be the call once again, what was a call for "freedom from oppression" back then, should be the same now. The attrocities of the present far outweigh those back then, so we must ask ourselves, how are all of the tyrants in office, and the ones that were in office, not hanging in the streets now? Once simple answer to all of this: WE, yes, WE have allowed them to, our parents have allowed them to, and their parents have allowed them to, time after time take what should have never been theirs, so after a multitude of generations being bought with "bread and games" when will we say enough is enough, when will the pitchforks and torches arrive at every doorstep of every capitol in the nation? It doesnt matter if you live in DC or in LA, you could be the closest home to the white house and they would still be "3000 mi away" and would never want to listen to the cries of injustice. So we can either take it up the a** or shove it up theirs. Its our choice..

hang tight..things are about to get a whole lot worse, likley before the end of March.
We'll may well be looking at gas prices to hit $5.00/gallong by end of March..and up/over $6.00 by may/june.
There are "rumors" that Greece may be saved with another bailout? That remains to be seen.
