Totalitarian governments, like persistent forms of cancer, have latched onto the long history of man, falling and then reemerging from the deep recesses of our cultural biology to wreak havoc upon one unlucky generation to the next. The assumption by most is that these unfortunate empires are the product of bureaucracies gone awry; overtaken by the chaotic maddening hunger for wealth and power, and usually manipulated by the singular ambitions of a mesmerizing dictator. For those of us in the Liberty Movement who are actually educated on the less acknowledged details of history, oligarchy and globalized centralism is much less random than this, and a far more deliberate and devious process than the general unaware public is willing to consider.
Unfortunately, the final truth is very complex, even for us…
One cannot place the blame of despotism entirely on the shoulders of globalists. Sadly, the crimes of elites are only possible with a certain amount of complicity from subsections of the populace. Without our penchant for apathy and fear, there can be no control. That is to say, there is no power over us but that which we give away. We pave the road to our own catastrophes.
In the end, a tyrant’s primary job is not to crush the masses and rule out of malevolence, but to obtain the voluntary consent of the citizenry, usually through trickery and deceit. Without the permission of the people, subconscious or otherwise, no tyranny can survive.
As with the oppressive regimes of the past, America has undergone a dramatic transformation, heavy with fear and ignorance. Our tradition of elections has been corrupted and negated by the false left/right paradigm, and the leaderships of both defunct parties now seek only to elevate a select minority of men bent on globalization. Our Constitutional liberties have been dismantled by legal chicanery. Our principles have been diluted by intellectual games of rationalism and moral relativism. Our country is ripe for conquest.
Americans battle over whose side is most to blame; Democrat or Republican, while ironically being disenchanted with both entities. For some people, the thought of holding each party equally accountable, or accepting that they are essentially the same animal, never crosses their minds.
While this irrelevant farce of a debate rages on, the true culprits plotting the demise of our Republic gain momentum, and implement policy initiatives that the public should and must take note of. In the past year alone, many blatant steps towards the Orwellian gulag have been openly administered. A carnival of peddlers and freaks and greasy popcorn overwhelms our senses, but the stench of this cheap circus still tickles our noses, and if we use our eyes for even a moment, certain dangerous trends reveal themselves. Acclimation To Subservience
Every totalitarian state worth its salt has its own goon squad. The Nazi’s had the “Brownshirts”, the Soviets had the “Militsiya” and the “Voluntary People’s Brigade”, the Communist Chinese have the “Chengguan”, etc. In America, however, all tyrannical measures are given innocuous bureaucratic labels to mislead and distract the masses. In this country, we have the Transportation Security Administration…
The TSA has become the most hated alphabet agency in the U.S. in perhaps the fastest time on record. It has violated the personal rights of more people on a daily basis in my view than the IRS, DEA, and the ATF combined. Clearly, this slobbering demon child of the Department of Homeland Security is being molded for something quite terrible and grand.
When confronted by the public on the use of irradiating and intrusive naked body scanner technology, the agency responded by allowing their blue handed ghoul army to molest our nether-regions. When confronted by state and local governments on their absurd tactics, the TSA threatened economic blockades and airport shutdowns. The organization then began expanding its jurisdiction to bus and train stations and even our highways when it introduced the VIPR program and implemented random roadside checkpoints in Tennessee last year. But, this behavior is nothing compared to what is next on the horizon: a compromise…
Beware of government agencies bearing gifts. The TSA along with the International Air Transport Association has announced a new methodology of “less intrusive” passenger screening measures, in order to address the concerns of the public over pat downs and irradiating naked body scanners. This SOUNDS like a step in the right direction, and a proper response to the grievances of the citizenry. Instead, it turns out to be a refined example of totalitarianism in motion, and a perfect lesson in how the masses can be duped into handing over their inherent freedoms.
Revamped security protocols call for biometric data collection, including fingerprint and retina scans, and a tunnel which combines multiple detection systems into one area (who knows how radioactive this will end up being):

The mainstream article above makes this development sound like a win/win scenario for everyone, painting biometric data collection as a matter of convenience, but it also reveals the true design of the system; to illicit voluntary subservience:

The so-called riskiest or unknown passengers would face the toughest scrutiny, including questioning and more sensitive electronic screening. They enforce destructive anti-personal rights policies then pretend to acquiesce by replacing them with a technocratic nightmare grid which requires the cataloging of our very genetic essence in order to function. The only remaining injustice left would be to apply this grid to the rest of the country outside of the airports and train stations, which I assure you, they plan to do.
Militarization
Last week, I covered the disturbing use of armored vehicles (APC’s or urban tanks) in open training regiments on the streets of St. Louis by the U.S Army, despite the fact that all of their exercises could have easily been accomplished on any number of military bases across the country. The action is an obvious attempt to condition the American populace to the sight of military units operating in a policing capacity:

I received multiple letters from current serving military who stated that in all their years in the armed forces they had never seen such a brash mishandling of public relations or an overstepping of bounds when it came to the restrictions of Posse Comitatus. It was encouraging to hear from military men and women who did not agree with or condone this kind of psyop activity on the part of our government.
Though the St. Louis event is not isolated, I believe it does represent an escalation.
Remember the controversy over the Mayor of Toledo and his refusal to allow 200 Marines to conduct urban combat drills on the public streets of his city in 2008? The media clamored to crucify this public official; one of the few who had any sense whatsoever in his head:

During each one of these events, city officials and local media attempted to inoculate the public with claims that they were “simply exercises”. This argument misses the point entirely. Whether or not these are “exercises” is not the issue. The issue is that this training could be done ON BASE. Using public streets and running drills within cities is absolutely unnecessary given the vast resources already available to the military, unless, of course, the goal is to BE SEEN by the public and to influence them to view the sight of armed troops around them as “normal”.
Add to this the fact that many of these military training exercises are being conducted in tandem with local police departments, and you have a recipe for the utter militarization of our society, turning peace officers into combat soldiers, and combat soldiers into law enforcement mechanisms; a juxtaposition that will soon lead to unmitigated disaster.
Arms Race Against the People?
When a country is quietly preparing for war, the first signs are usually revealed by a disclosure of armaments. If stockpiling is taking place without a warranted threat present from a legitimate enemy, there is a considerable likelihood of aggression on the part of that nation. America has gone well beyond the psychological process of militarization and has begun the extensive arming of particular agencies whose primary purpose revolves around the domestic.

The passage of the NDAA and its provisions for the indefinite detainment of ANY person, even an American citizen, under the laws of war has ended the debate over government intent in terms of domestic action. FBI Director Robert Mueller’s admission that he “did not know” if assassination programs would be used against American citizens also heaped evidence on the matter. The bottom line? Our government wishes to label and treat citizens as enemy combatants. Of course they would then organize armaments to follow through on their policy.
Pulling The Trigger
All despotic systems have another distinct similarity; they each began with a series of trigger events which opened the door to tighter controls over the population. The most immediate trigger event for the U.S. is the looming peril of a collapsing economy followed by inevitable civil unrest. With the EU currently in debt shambles, global markets are on the verge of a considerable breakdown. The Federal Reserve response will be predictable; QE3 and massive stimulus all around to mitigate the crisis. This time, though, the go-to Keynesian quick fix will not work in the slightest. In fact, it will make matters more untenable by placing the world reserve status of the dollar at risk.

I believe the establishment is very well aware of a potential crisis event, economic or otherwise, that is barreling down upon the U.S. I believe the evidence shows that they are preparing for this eventuality in a command and control fashion, without alerting the public to the coming implosion. I believe they will use the despair that flows forth from the fiscal wreckage as an excuse to institute martial law.
Call it "crazy". Call it “conspiracy theory”. Call it “coincidence”. Call it "fear mongering". Whatever you like. I find it far more insane to shrug off the strange and twisted behavior of our power structure, and simply hope that it’s all irrelevant to the future. Whenever I run into starry eyed historical romanticists who look back in astonishment at the tyrannies of the past and wonder out loud, “How could those people have not known where their country was headed?!!”, I think of where we are today…

If you own a weapon you need to practice. I hope the author and readers understand that this is primarily a spiritual war and we are only seeing a small fraction playing out in our dimension. This is the end of this earth age and the return of Jesus is close. It is not only political turmoil, but earthquakes, tunamis, one world government, rise of homosexuality, return of Israel after 2,500 years, largest solar flares ever recorded, fish kills and in general the food chain breaking down, ad infinitum.
The last 7 years start with a covenant of Daniel 9:27. The terms are: 7 year (84 month) length, Jews will get the right to rebuild their temple, and Palestine will be recognized a a nation with Jerusalem as its capital (Rev 11:1-2). The covenant is broken at the midpoint by the antichrist claiming to be God. That is why the Gentiles (Palestinians) only get Jerusalem for 42 months. It is exactly to the day the first half of the Tribulation (time off Jacob's trouble - Jeremiah 30).
I believe a strong case can be made that the Rapture of the church will occur prior to the destruction of Damascus (Isaiah 17:1) and that is sure to happen very soon. So please, prepare for everything that is coming, but make your heart right with Jesus first because in reality that is the only hope you have. It is the only hope anyone ever did have, but in our time that hope is palpable.

You didn't mention all the controls on the internet. The modern day equivalent of Tom Paine's pamphlets is the blog. The mechanisms are in place to screen all blogs and discussion groups and Twitter and Facebook pages. They aim to build up a profile on everyone, but especially focusing on political dissidents and people in their email circles. When the turmoil starts, and it could start next week ( what with Iranian sanctions, Syrian civil war, the collapse of the Eurozone, bankruptcy of Stockton CA, etc) they will swoop on known dissidents in the night and cart them off, charged with aiding and abetting terrorism and therefore beyond habeus corpus.

One issue you might want to consider: I see a lot of people who say "I have nothing to hide", thus implicitly agreeing to the tightening regulations, like TSA. When I challenge these folks, they say something like "Deep inside I know you are right, but can we do about it?" Typically closing their eyes and hope it's just a bad dream, or that it may affect only "the other guy". Alt-market is doing a terrific job to make people aware and to offer an outlet for people to act on it. Preparing for the worst, whilst hoping for the best - but I am afraid the latter in unrealistic.

Last year in Wisconsin, there were 600,000 deer hunting permits issued, 750,000 in Pa & 700,000 in MI.
Just those 3 states had over 2 million men with high power, accurate rifles.
Now imagine adding all the other states.
Now imagine adding all the gun owners who don't hunt (like me).
Show me what army of 1 million, much less 100,000 wants to screw with 50 to 80 million armed citizens.

If the people whom you try to educate repeatedly "just don't get it" or are not concerned because they "have nothing to hide", you should waste no more effort on them. Be aware that these are the very people who will turn you in to the "authorities" when the situation gets rough. It happens every time thoughout history.
If, later down the road, they ask why you aren't as vocal as you used to be, It is in your best interests to say you realized you were over reacting.
Also, realize that just because someone has a rifle and hunts deer does not in the least translate into hunting humans. The fact that the VAST majority of hunters are so apathetic that they won't spend $35 to join the NRA to protect their firearms or hunting rights should be all the warning you need in that regard.
There comes a point in which the best "prep" is keeping your mouth shut and your activities private.

I love the bid for freedom being waged here but there is a very little one that amounts to pulling their teeth. Cut their funds and the monster will fall over dead.
I'll give an example. Years ago I asked a company to withdraw my insurance coverage. HR was astonished and told me not if I initially signed for it. Think about that--it's my money. They would continue forcing the insurance upon me against my will.
Sounds like a small and unwise issue unless one needs the money but it goes further.
The whole system rides on an employer making individuals sign federal and state tax and other documents. Every employer does this but there is not obligation to make anyone enter into contract with any government. All those forms are built on fraud because any employer will not hire and they need to be sued for millions of dollars. It's all fraud.
A test case needs to be fielded and employer held to task for not hiring because of lack of coercion to sign federal and state documents.
The above will end the tyranny and free America. There is no other way... The people really control nothing. You think about that.

So all the posting to forums and the chat rooms and blogs really mean nothing unless we declare war on them and then they'll commit another attack and declare martial law. Pardon me for reiterating other posters, but this was exceptionally well written, succinct and to the point. I'll definitely be coming back and will guide others here as well.
It's very sad - tragic in a way - how many people are content to bury their heads in the sand and go on with life as usual; as though life will continue as it always has - but I suppose their wake-up call will come one way or the other.
The democracy America thought it once enjoyed was only a facade, it was never real to begin with. I awoke from the illusion myself a few years ago. It's rather difficult to lay claim to any kind of authenticity when most of your history is so riddled with deceit and hypocrisy. It's the same bullshit power struggles over and over. The systematic dismantling we see happening here has occurred in other countries as well and it started primarily with their economies. Read The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein, I think that tells us what the elite sociopaths are planning as well as anything. It certainly opened my eyes to the kind of subhuman, pathological mentality we're really dealing with.

This is an excellent article. I have one difference with that point that Brandon makes about troop activity in cities. He states that this is to "pre-condition" U.S. citizens to get them used to our troops carrying out operations on our streets. However most of his article describes the point of these troops as being an invading force. Invading armies never care for the comfort of the populations that they invade. There will be no concern for the people in the cities and towns that our troops invade. Instead, those people who don't like the presence or activity of the invaders will be treated as they have for centuries - they will be shot or imprisoned.
I suggest that the real reason for these troop maneuvers in U.S. cities is to condition the troops themselves to get them used to invading and conquering the country that they have sworn to defend. Only by re-training the armies as invaders of their homeland instead of defenders will the commanding officers be able to have confidence that their armies will succeed.
Having said all that, my main question for all of this is:
Once the U.S. has been invaded by it's own armies, then what? When protesters have been killed, interred into death camps, chased across borders, and the totalitarian leaders have their boots firmly placed on the throats of the populace, then what happens? How do they go forward with "civilization" or victory? Once we are conquered, do they pursue "taking over the world"? If so, what happens when they succeed at that? I guess I am still naive, and uninformed, but I don't see anywhere to go once you have conquered everything in sight. Not that I think that makes it unlikely to happen, there is an evil insanity to the mentality of these people who would organize and plan the demise of this or any other country, and that insanity prevents them from being inactive, or allowing things to continue as they are without their "guiding vision". I guess I just can't imagine past the invasion and chaos to think what happens to the leftovers. Do they murder most of the population, and proceed to "rebuild" society with their "newer, purer" version of how things should be?
This kind of sick thinking is really repugnant to me, and hard to pursue. That is the main reason why I avoid this stuff for the most part. I don't really want to keep my head in the sand, but when I take it out, what I see and hear makes me sick.

The point of pre-conditioning the populace to a consistent military presence is so that citizens DO NOT see the army as an invading force, but a necessity of the "greater good". You have to understand, as I point out in the article, it is much more convenient for tyrants if the people welcome their own enslavement, rather than having to use violent force to gain submission.

Thank you for the reply. I understand the convenience factor for the tyrants, but it only lasts up to a point. At some time "the mask has to come off", and the benevolent leaders are revealed as the tyrannical despots they have always been. If this is due to one of the "trigger events" you suggest, then martial law is declared, the tanks roll, and people take to the streets for a while. Unless I am not understanding the thrust of your discussion, it seems that you are describing the imminent takeover of the U.S people by it's own government. In that case, the people here will not welcome their own enslavement, nor see it for some sort of greater good. There will be violent unrest for a time that no amount of preconditioning can mitigate. Once the general populace has been "controlled", the unrest has been "put down", then the remaining survivors will either accept their enslavement, or become further casualties of the despotic rulers. I just don't see how preconditioning is a factor to make any of that simpler for the rulers.
Once the period of "unrest" is over, then there is the question of "what next"? Do we all sit around and mark time as the despots stomp around doing what despots do? If the U.S. pursues global domination, that is an effort that will probably take several years, or maybe not if financial systems are shut down world wide, and other life extending services come to an abrupt end. With food production and distribution likely to fail quickly, people will soon starve and lack the resources to put up a fight. This makes global domination easier for the tyrannical leaders, but there will also be infighting among the various leadership groups to fight for last place.
Our global civilization has been so tenuous and overextended for so long that it will not take much for it to completely collapse upon itself. The first trigger events will likely lead to other events that contribute to quick collapse. We are so interconnected that our demise in the U.S. will pull down our neighbors, and so on. Other forces at work in other countries will contribute as well. I don't think the world will sit quietly by for long if a trigger event here happens and martial law is declared making our president an emperor. Things will instantly be destabilized everywhere.
It's not that I don't believe what you are saying, maybe my opinions are born our of my own ignorance, but it seems that takeover is takeover no matter what. What continues to boggle my mind is the absolute total hatred the ruling class has developed for the rest of us "sheep". Maybe that's one of the typical traits of this kind of ruler, but the deep passion and pure hatred of the existing ruling class to so carefully plan our total demise and the destruction of the society we have worked to build for so long is just more than I can absorb.
What did we do to deserve this kind of treatment from just a tiny minority?

Speaking for myself, I can't afford much of anything right now. If I could, the prospect of leaving the land I grew up in, raised a family, and had a home in is fairly daunting. I have considered it, but where to go? And who would be interested in meeting me when I arrived? Offer me a job? Anything? I appreciate your question, but do you really want all of us showing up on your doorstep needing food shelter, and a way to provide for ourselves?
I am sure that some are leaving, in small numbers. But who wants to bring attention to that, and start a landslide?
For the most part, I am sure that a lot of us have been convinced that there is no place to go, and nothing to do when you get there. It feels to me like we are all sitting here waiting for the hammer to drop, and in the meanwhile having another big mac, while watching another video.

I'm mainly thinking of the people who are better off then the average person. For example politicians, hollywood types actors etc, industry heads etc. People who could afford to leave easily are not doing so (at least it's not being reported that they are). If things get out of control surely they would already be heading for the exit?

Well, as to politicians, they are "invested" in the process of bringing this country to it's knees. They are not going to leave, because I think that the main mentality for them is that they are somehow going to get a "piece" of the action at some point.
Hollywood types, actors and many others like them don't feel the discomfort, and probably won't - ever. They can leave whenever the want, and they will, but for now, their jobs are here, and they feel no pain from the problems. Industry heads are also fairly insulated from problems, and won't leave until they directly feel a need. That "class" of people to generalize, are the ones who would make an exodus the most obvious to the rest of the population.
The people who need to leave most urgently - the unemployed disenfranchised masses are the ones who have had their means to leave removed by economic stresses. Those same stresses make them unwelcome immigrants to other lands.
In regard to your last comment, those who have the means to leave will also get some kind of "heads up" in time to board a plane for their summer home in Switzerland, or some other destination. So yes, when and if things get out of control, they will be heading for the exits - and probably taking their money with them.

Thanks mate, for taking the time to explain the situation on the ground it's hard for outsiders to get a real feel of what's happening on the ground so to speak. The media only reports what they are told to and we get very little news reporting in Aussie about the US, unless it is strictly filtered. The problem is that historically, people tend to welcome tyranny when they are fearful of a seemingly more pervasive menace, i.e. terrorism, economic collapse, etc. It's not enough to simply look at the plans of globalists without taking into account the environment in which they plan to operate.
Trust me, in the midst of a hyperinflationary crisis, there are millions of Americans who will BEG for the military and government to "restore order". At least half the population is riddled with cowards and useless dependent servants (over 50 million people on food stamps ought to tell you something about the weakness of this country).
I'm not saying that their plan will work. I'm just saying that such plans by elites have worked in the past, and they are operating on strategies that have been successfully applied during previous generations.

Your point is well made. I guess I have been looking over the edge, past the "tipping point". While the crisis looms larger and larger, the couch potatoes will be begging the government to push the crisis farther away from them, rather than get up and do something to move themselves away from the crisis. At the same time, it also appears that part of our inherent weakness is built in by those who want to take over, i.e. providing foodstamps and welfare, and allowing no incentives to progress past that, building dependency into the climate. This is also preconditioning, that will program the masses to think that someone will always come and take bad things away by providing something for nothing.
Fact is, we're a complacent society, and getting worse. There is not much in the way of real resistance to authority out there, and most would rather give up without a fight.
For my part, my conscience tells me to fight, but with empty hands and an empty wallet, I am not sure how to fight with nothing. Additionally, the authority structure in place has done a good job of hiding those responsible behind invisible walls of plausible deniability, so there is no one really there to fight.

Many here have spoken about about 'end games', 'elites' 'controllers' etc. but few realize the true game being played here. It is the controversy between Christ and Satan.

The USA will be the focal point, not Israel ("your house is left unto you desolate" and numerous other verses). What is coming cannot be stopped but can be prepared for. The enemy (everybody's) is starting to tighten the vice. You all notice it in the areas of

4) health
The end times (in the sense of close to the end of time) will be ushered in by a severely irritating sense in all the areas or catastrophe in one area or a combination in 2 or more areas. Thinking people remember what one tiny event (9/11) did re bringing "god" into the discussion. Wait until the equivalent of 100 9/11s happen at once or that events are percieved to be heading for that.
